1. What events led to the outbreak of war in the DR Congo?

One event that led to the out break is the Rwanda war coming over. Therefore Congo was part of Rwanda. Also many young boys and girls were hiding because they might get killed or beaten. Most of the young men were afraid to be seen because they might be forced to fight in the war. Some kids were walking around without food.


2. How many have died in this war? Over what time frame has the deaths taken place? What countries and ethnic groups are involved?

There was 2 million people who died in 2 wars. The time frame was 4 months. The 4 month was mostly when people who died. The ethic groups were African Americans. The countries were Africa.

3. What do you think can happen to stop the war/genocide in Congo?

I believe that the government should do something. . They should have a back up plan. Also the should get a new president since the last one was murdered.
